WE ARE Pi has an opening for an Office Manager / Rock(star). You play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining company culture and great office environment.
We need an Office Manager with a “can do” attitude to make our teams’ work life easier. In this role you’ll have the chance to do everything from supporting the Management, to organising team events.
You enjoy multi-tasking and you are motivated in helping others around you. You are truly up for anything and always solution orientated. You will report directly to the HR & Operations Manager.
Facility management: catering, office maintenance, building, managing office decoration, order office supplies, safety (BHV)
Administration: assist the Senior Finance Manager with administrative tasks
Human resources: assisting with on boarding and off boarding of colleagues, birthday and farewell events
Event management: organisation of (internal and external) meetings (i.e. annual Xmas party, company outings)
Travel management: make international travel arrangements (hotel bookings, train tickets, flight bookings)
Assistance Management Team; manage agendas, time sheets and expenses
Hospitality: welcoming guests and answering phone calls
Mail: order couriers, taxi’s, process daily mail (incoming/outgoing)
All other Office Management related tasks
Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Education level; minimum HBO
2+ work experience preferably within an office manager role in a comparable and international environment
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, ideally experience with Paprika Software
Available 40 hours per week
