A business lead driving global communication effectiveness for the world’s most innovative brands. At McCann Erickson in London Alex worked on the global Microsoft Xbox and MasterCard business and helped set-up the digital department. During 4 years at Wieden+Kennedy Alex led the global Electronic Arts, Pirelli and LEGO business. Alex is a regular contributor to the marketing press. Alex cofounded WE ARE Pi in 2011.

Patrick joined WE ARE Pi having previously worked with the entire team at Wieden+Kennedy on such clients as Heineken, Honda, and Electronic Arts. More recently Patrick was based in Dubai where he was stationed within the Corporate Communications department at Emirates Airlines to develop the global brand re‐launch platform, "Hello Tomorrow". Patrick also works with our social outreach partners to ensure our client's work makes waves across digital PR, media partnerships, blogger and social influencer outreach, and all social platforms.

Rick Chant makes up one half of Hobson-Chant. A multi-award-winning creative duo developing long term integrated global campaign platforms for the world’s most loved brands including Nestle, Bacardi, Nike, Motorola, Coca-Cola, ESPN and Electronic Arts. During six years at Wieden+Kennedy the pair developed advertising, digital platforms and music for Coca-Cola ‘Happiness Factory’, EA SPORTS FIFA, Nike World Cup, and ESPN. Rick cofounded WE ARE Pi in 2011.

Barney Hobson makes up one half of Hobson-Chant. Before joining WE ARE Pi, Sam worked as an Account Manager at TBWA/London across a range of clients including Aquafresh, Visa and Singapore Airlines.
Whilst at TBWA, Sam founded and spearheaded an entrepreneurial new business initiative within the agency. As strategic and account lead, Sam helped small businesses create cut-through campaigns to grow their businesses.
Hollie joins WE ARE Pi from the UK having previously worked in London and Antwerp with large global retailers; Arcadia and VF, the latter led to the transition from client to agency. Specialising in fashion and retail Hollie is also a keen foodie and aims to provide more Pi to the team on Pi Fridays.
Jessica’s career in advertising spans 15 years from traditional brand planning & consumer insights to social & digital strategy. Her role as Strategy Director at WE ARE Pi has played a key role in its growth. Before joining Pi, Jessica worked with a variety of agencies in Europe and the U.S. including 180, Saatchi, Grey and FCB. Categories have ranged from food to fashion working across global brands like Kraft, Nestle, P&G, Levis and Western Union. In her spare time Jessica lends her braincells to NGOs like Greenpeace and Habitat for Humanity. She helped to create a design agency within the Occupy Movement and writes about music for various publications and blogs.
ANDREA VAN DEN BOS
After having gained significant experience in the fashion industry and graduating at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Andrea moved back to Amsterdam to join WE ARE Pi. Before Pi, Andrea worked at Y&R New York on several global brands like JCPenney, Fisher Price and Campbell's.
Before joining WE ARE Pi Ambar co-founded Present Plus in 2010, a marketing consultancy agency and incubator with a focus on creative innovation and technological development where she managed the operations of the company responsible for We Transfer and Kuvva. After two years she decided to pursue her other interests like art, design, food and photography and be in charge of i.a. the project management.
Nessim Higson has a strong belief that good design = good business, that great communication has a responsibility to not only contribute to the economic market but also to the social fabric of society. He’s recently served as global digital creative director at Sid Lee on Adidas and has created campaigns for smattering of clients such as Rdio, Starbucks, and TED. His work has been recognized nationally and internationally by organizations including, but not limited to, The One Club, The ADC, Communication Arts, Print, Graphis, DGV, and was named a young gun by the Art Directors Club of NY.
Kazimier, a.k.a. Kaz, is a young creative with a strong feeling for design. After studying at the WdKA in Rotterdam and the IED in Barcelona he started his career at Anomaly Amsterdam, where he worked on international brands like Converse and Fox Sports. Kaz joined WE ARE Pi in 2013.

It's from 'American History X.' A great movie from a great director called Tony Kaye. I had this quote printed on a piece of paper. And one day I met Tony Kaye. I thought I had to ask for a signature. So I did. Tony looked at me and asked: "What do you want me to write?" "Well, anything?" I said. So he took a pen and wrote the word ANYTHING in big letters across the whole quote. And this is what I try to do everyday: "Analyse, Interpret and THINK."
