Osmo Celebrates the Holiday Season With Interactive Play Campaign

WE ARE Pi creates “Me, Mo & Osmo”, inspiring children’s creativity; introducing kids across the nation to Mo the Monster and the colourful, creative world of Osmo.

The 30 second and 15 second TV spots bring the interactivity of Osmo to life in a story co-created with children from the script stage to the final drawings featured in the story. The campaign ran on TV and social channels in the United States through the Holiday '16 season. 

The world of Osmo is a place where children play beyond the screen, where technology is magical and learning is fun. The Osmo experience is rooted in the creative physical world, but brings those handcrafted ideas to life in a digital world.

The Desperados Bass Drop by Kaz

We came, we saw and we dropped the bass like no-one has ever dropped the bass before. Teaming up with uber-experimental dance label The Barong Family, DJ Mike Cervello and acclaimed neuroscientist Dr Daniel Levitin we dared to remix the rules and take the bass drop to a higher level, literally.

Our Bass Drop experiment is the first music festival to be held in zero gravity. We transformed an aeroplane into a pulsating club, with a light show and sound system and flew to 30,000ft above Las Vegas. As the plane dropped to 15,000ft so did the bass, and when the bass dropped so did the dance floor sending the crowd floating and dancing in zero gravity.

The crowd were an eclectic mix of lucky winners and influencers from all over the world who joined us in Las Vegas for this wild experiment.

Singularity University launches new ‘question the future’ campaign by Kaz

Ideas company WE ARE Pi has teamed up once again with Singularity University to create a series of thought provoking communications. Part one of the campaign launches in the run-up to the SingularityU Summit, which is being held this September in Amsterdam. Additional pieces of the same style will be released periodically until the day of the Summit on September 12th -13th 2016.

We are happy to announce the addition of the creative duo Joao Nuno Valente & Roberto Gabián González who earned their chops with notable clients such as Adidas, Heineken, Mercedes and Smart Car. They most recently held posts at TBWA/United State of Fans and BBDO after graduating from Miami Ad School. In addition to their impressive digital capabilities, they also bring WE ARE Pi a bit of southern European flavour and a couple new languages –Portuguese and Spanish. 

WE ARE Pi talks at AdvertisingWeek Europe by Kaz

WE ARE Pi were asked to speak at AdWeek Europe in London, representing a new wave of independent creative agencies making a splash in Europe.

We presented “Culture. Future. Good: Why corporations will save the World” (with a little help from indie agencies). Alex and Jess discussed the power of being an Ideas Company in a corporate world, and how to disrupt convention with the right people and partnerships.
